Privacy Policy

Dialed In ("the app," "we," "us") is a personal accountability tool that helps you work a daily call list and stay focused by shielding distracting apps until you reach your daily call goal. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. We designed Dialed In to keep your data on your device.
- We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data.
- All of your data stays on your device. There are no servers, accounts, or logins.
- The app has no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising.
- The app makes no network connections to us or to any third party.
Information the app handles
The app stores the following only on your iPhone, using Apple's on-device storage:
- Leads and contacts you add. Names, phone numbers, and any notes you enter or import. You may add these manually, scan them from a printed list using your camera, or import them from your iPhone Contacts.
- Call activity. A record of calls you mark or place through the app, the date and time, and the lead they were attributed to, so the app can show your daily progress, history, and streak.
- Your settings. Your daily call goal and the set of apps/categories you choose to shield.
This information never leaves your device. We have no ability to access it.
Camera
If you choose to scan a printed lead list, the app uses your camera to capture the image and Apple's on-device text recognition to read names and phone numbers from it. Images are processed on your device and are not uploaded anywhere. We do not store the photos.
Contacts
If you choose to add leads from your iPhone Contacts, the app reads your contacts only with your permission and only to let you select people to add as leads. Contact data is used solely on your device for this purpose and is never transmitted to us or any third party. You can revoke contacts access at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Contacts.
Screen Time / Family Controls
Dialed In uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls and Managed Settings) APIs to shield the apps you choose until you reach your daily call goal. This is self-accountability — you choose which of your own apps to shield. The app does not monitor your activity in other apps, does not read your usage data, and does not share any Screen Time information. Your app selection is stored on your device only. You can revoke Screen Time access at any time in Settings › Screen Time.
Phone calls
When you place a call from the app, iOS opens the system dialer (the standard
tel: confirmation appears). The app counts a call toward your goal but
does not record calls, read call content, or access phone numbers
from the system call log.
Data we collect about you: none
We do not collect personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or diagnostics. The app contains no third-party SDKs that collect data. Because there is no server and no account, we cannot see, store, or recover your data.
Children
Dialed In is intended for real estate professionals and other adults. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Data retention and deletion
Because all data is stored only on your device, you are in full control of it. To delete your data, delete the leads and history within the app, or delete the app from your iPhone, which removes all of its stored data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles data, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above.
